Customer Success Specialist
Cranleigh STEM has exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding biotechnology company based in Winchester to recruit a Customer Success Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will play act as a technical specialist between R&D and external customers/clients – supporting with enquiries, product management and generating business reports.
This role will suit a recent life sciences graduate (molecular biology, biology, biochemistry) coupled with some commercial experience in industry – demonstrating strong communication skills with internal/external parties.
Customer Success Specialist responsibilities
- Customer support
- Product management
- Sales admin support
- Working within our CRM system
- Generating business reports
- Liaising with our Operations and technical support teams
- Working within our ISO13485 Quality System
Customer Success Specialist requirements
- Degree level qualification in molecular biology, biology, biochemistry or similar.
- Experience working in a customer facing role – demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different departments.
- Self-motivated character, with a real desire to pursue a career in biotech outside of the laboratory.
- Experience working a CRM system would be preferred.
