Metrologist
Responsibilities:

• Programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision components.
• Supporting project and production teams during product development and validation.
• Maintaining accurate measurement logs and calibration records.
• Assisting with equipment maintenance and ensuring traceability of tools.
• Collaborating with engineers to improve inspection methods and accuracy.

Metrologist
Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Interest in precision measurement, GD&T, and quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise in metrology.

Desirable:

• Experience or knowledge of Renishaw Modus, CMM programming, or 3D scanning.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T principles.
• Familiarity with data analysis or statistical process control (SPC).
