Supply Chain Manager
A fast growing clean energy engineering business is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of its end to end supply chain as it moves from R&D into deployment.
This is a key role focused on building a supply chain that can support scaling production, new product introduction, and ongoing delivery of complex engineered systems.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Projects, helping shape how the business delivers at scale.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Own and develop the end to end supply chain strategy.
· Lead procurement, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
· Build and manage supplier relationships and performance.
· Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
· Drive forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
· Support NPI projects from concept through to production.
· Improve ERP and MRP usage, data visibility, and reporting.
· Identify risks and build a resilient and scalable supply chain.
· Deliver continuous improvements across cost, quality, and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in supply chain management within engineering or manufacturing.
· Strong background across procurement, logistics, and planning.
· Experience working with complex or engineered products.
· Commercially strong with experience negotiating with suppliers.
· Able to work cross functionally with engineering and operations teams.
· Comfortable operating in a scaling or evolving environment.
· Experience with ERP or MRP systems
Desirable:
· CIPS, APICS or similar & Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement environments.
