Quality Control Analyst

Location: Ballasalla, Isle of Man
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 DOE + Relocation Assistance
Contract: Full-Time

We’re recruiting a Quality Control Analyst on behalf of an established business operating within a regulated manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on laboratory position, offering the opportunity to work with a range of analytical techniques while supporting product quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products

• Maintain accurate laboratory records and test documentation

• Conduct environmental monitoring activities

• Support laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance

• Assist with quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, quality and safety standards

About You:

• A degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline would be advantageous

• Previous laboratory experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
